A: TuneMiles pre-paid points are the monies accepted by TuneMiles to let you download your favourite content. Q: Who handles accounting and royalty distribution?
A: TuneMiles accounts downloads and provides reporting services to business partners and rights holders in contract with us. We collect monies from content sales and distribute these to rights holders or labels, so they in turn can pay royalties.
Q: What can I do with the music I download from TuneMiles?
A: You can store your music in your TuneMiles Library (if you use the player), or store it in another folder of your hard disc, or export it on other media such as a CD, Walkman, iTunes, and mobile devices. TuneMiles enables all of the same flexibility as the popular pay services. In any case, BEFORE EXPORTING A FILE, check first to be sure the compression format of the file is compatible with the new media, and if you can freely copy it again (Mp3 files).
Q: In what file format does music downloaded from TuneMiles come, and how is it protected?

A: TuneMiles software player can be uninstalled through the "Add or Remove Programs" screen of your "Control Panel". The uninstaller will remove the TuneMiles application but will retain all of your media files.
Q: Will TuneMiles software player work from behind a firewall?
A:: If your computer is protected by a firewall, you can still connect to TuneMiles network, earn TuneMiles points and share all content info with other members (community tools). However, computers that are seen as firewalls cannot directly communicate to share info and chat with other firewalled computers. Therefore, you should allow TuneMiles to have access through your firewall.
To determine whether you are seen as a firewalled user or not, go to “Options” under the Tools menu. Choose the “Network Settings” option; the third item listed says “Behind Firewall”. If this says “Yes”, you should open your firewall so that you may be used as a source by other firewalled computers.
