• If you are new to TuneMiles
  

  1.	Go to the site www.tunemiles.com and subscribe online to the network or download and install the free TuneMiles Windows player and subscribe from it before registering your point(s).
  2.	Once you are registered, enter your code’s point printed on your coupon (or sent via email) in the appropriate field named “Register points” located at the top left corner in “My Account” menu.
  3.	Click on the "register" button and register it".
  	Your redemption amount will automatically be applied to your new TuneMiles personal account.

• If you are already a member
  

  1.	Start TuneMiles and Log in to your existing TuneMiles Account.
  2.	Now, from your personal account page enter your point’s code printed on your coupon (or sent by email) in the appropriate field.
  3.	Click on the "register" button and register it".
  4.	Your redemption amount will automatically be applied to your TuneMiles personal account.

Check our list of TuneMiles Sponsors distributing pre-paid points and participate in their promotion or customer fidelity programs to accumulate rewards. Your “Personal Account” is automatically credited with TuneMiles points as you register them. And you can immediately use your earnings.

How to redeem your points for original Mp3 digital files of your favourite artists

1. First, check your TuneMiles points balance as soon as you are opening your network session. The amount is displayed in the upper side of the Welcome banner. If nothing displays that means that you are not registered or you haven't yet opened your personal session.
    
2. Search for your favourite music in the Search Menu and select the file you want. Once selected, you can download it or list it in your Playlist or media library. You can listen to any piece of music for 15 seconds, and, if you like it, just click on the “download” button to redeem your points for music, video, or other media.
    
3. Once validation is complete, your favourite title could be saved into any directory of your choice or in the TuneMiles library (if you use the TuneMiles Windows player). Your points balance is again updated. You can play the file whenever you want, or store it in another folder of your hard disc, or export it on other media such as a CD,
   Walkman, mobile.
   
   
   In any case, BEFORE EXPORTING A FILE, check first to be sure
• the compression format of the file is compatible with the new media, and
• if you can freely copy it again (MP3)

In the “History” section of the right side of your “My Account” Menu (or by clicking on the "Historic" button if you are in Sponsor search mode), you'll see your personal account history and will know how many points are still remaining and how many have been spent.
